Arsenio Panopio Jr. is the founder of VanishRx Wellness, where he brings over 15 years of nursing experience in critical care, emergency medicine, and cardiac care to his mission of delivering safe, effective, and affordable holistic care. As a double board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (ANCC, AANP), Arsenio combines clinical excellence, compassionate care, and advanced training to guide his patients toward lasting transformation—inside and out.

A top graduate of United States University’s Family Nurse Practitioner program and the 2022 commencement speaker, Arsenio holds certifications in vascular access, critical care nursing, and cardiac medicine. His practice is grounded in competence, experience, and a deep commitment to patient safety and satisfaction. He brings a wealth of expertise in primary care, urgent care, weight loss, hormone optimization, IV infusion therapy, and aesthetics. He has completed advanced aesthetic training with AMET and AAFE and holds specialty training in men’s health and infusion nursing. Arsenio is also an active member of the Obesity Medicine Association and the Northern California Vascular Access Nursing Association.
